Arcs 1800 : beautiful appt 8 pers in the new and luxurious Residence "L'Ecrin", in the heart of Les Villards, close to slopes, kindergarten, ESF ...
We created a sort of cocoon, chalet like, with wood on the walls and parquet floor :
warmful and comfortbale living room (extendable table for 8 pers), terrace view on the mountain Pierra Menta, fully equipped kitchen. All is brand new !
3 spaceful bedrooms, all equipped with closets
Room 1 : 160cm bed, terrace view on the mountain + personal bathroom : shower, wc, towel dryer.
Room 2 : 2 x 80cm bed (or 160cm according to your need)
Room 3 : 2 bunk beds ( = 4 beds)
Bathroom with bath, towel dryer, washing/drying machine
+ separated wc
In this beautiful résidence made of wood and stones, located at the entrance of Les villards, juste near Nova, your access to ESF or slopes, to the centre of the village, or the swimming center Mille8 is direct.
Moreover there is a spa and fitness area + a ski room + covered parking place ( with a short-term parking to unload your car) : but not available this season 2025/26
