Arcs 1800: Rated 5 Paradiski Crystals, Stunning 8-person apartment in the newly built L’Ecrin residence, in the heart of the Village des Villards, at the foot of the slopes, with the Jardin d’Enfants and the ESF less than 50 meters away.
We’ve created a cozy retreat with a chalet-style feel, featuring hardwood floors and wood paneling:
a warm living room with a lovely dining area, a comfortable lounge with a terrace overlooking Pierra Menta, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Everything is brand new!
Three generously sized bedrooms, all equipped with built-in closets.
Bedroom 1: 160cm bed facing a large picture window opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace with a view of the valley (Pierra Menta)
+ shower room, heated towel rack, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: 2 x 80 cm beds (or pushed together to form a 160 cm bed as needed)
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4
1 full bathroom with a bathtub, heated towel rack, and washer/dryer
+ 1 separate toilet.
In this beautiful wood-and-stone residence, located at the entrance to the village of Les Villards, next to La Nova, you have direct access to the ESF and the ski lifts, as well as to the Mille8 swimming pool. Shops are also right nearby.
In addition, the residence is equipped with ski lockers and a wellness area (sauna, steam room, and fitness room—access subject to availability)
Please note: no parking will be available in 2025/26 and likely 2026/27 (administrative closure of the Parking des Villards)
