The property
CHALET LES PRES : Individual chalet rental under para-hotel conditions. Reception of the customers by the owners. Sheets and household linen provided (1 towel per person and dish towels), cleaning and breakfast on request.
The tourist tax is not included, it is paid on the spot according to the number of adults and the amount of the rent.
Luxurious 190 m² individual wooden chalet, with a garage and a large private car park at the entrance to the resort, 700 m from the tourist office, the ESF and the ski slopes. Free shuttle bus every half hour, stop at 100 m.
Chalet on three levels, with a bathroom and WC per room.
On the ground floor: an entrance, a WC, a reading area with a sofa and two windows overlooking a superb panorama, a living room with a flat screen TV and a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue machine and raclette machine, dining area opening onto a large terrace facing south-east, a storeroom and bedroom 1 with a double bed, shower and WC.
New!!! a south facing terrace with 2 large wooden tables for outdoor dining in summer.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 2 facing south with a balcony, comprising a double bed and a single bed, a shower and WC, Bedroom 3 facing south with a balcony, comprising a double bed, a shower and WC, Bedroom 4 facing west, comprising two twin bunk beds, a shower and WC, Bedroom 5 facing north, comprising two twin bunk beds with a shower and WC. (Bunk beds are not suitable for children under 6 years).
On the ground floor: a cinema area with a large flat screen television, a DVD player, two sofas and a coffee table, a children's play area with a coffee table and 4 stools, board games, an electronic dart board for young and old, a relaxation area with a sauna and a shower.
Calmness assured with a breathtaking view of the Charvin and the Aiguilles d'Arves. Internet access via WI-FI. Holiday vouchers accepted. Free shuttle departure every 1/2 hour at 100 m.

It is part of the ski area Les Sybelles (4th in France) composed of 310 kms of slopes, linking the resorts of St Jean d'Arves, St Sorlin d'Arves, Le Corbier, St Colomban des Villars and Les Bottières.
