A real Savoy village, with its wooden chalets and surrounding paths in the middle of the fir trees, Crest-Voland goes out of its way to welcome you in summer and winter.
Located between the Mont-Blanc chain and the Val d'Arly, "Le Chalet des Oursons" is nestled in the middle of the fir trees and forms an attractive hamlet of small chalets built in wood and stone and not exceeding 3 levels. Ideally located near the slopes, this residence with heated indoor swimming pool blends harmoniously with nature and is perfectly integrated into the landscape.
In winter, the ski slopes are accessible on foot from the Residence (about 300 metres) or by car (about 600 metres). The high-performance equipment transports you to the magnificent Espace Diamant ski area, amidst fir trees and mountain pastures.
In summer, a flowery resort, magnificent landscapes but also pedestrian or mountain bike trails allow you to discover the mountain in a different way. You can also practice paragliding, archery, laser game in the open air, climbing, accrobranche ... The festival of Saisies or the festival of the wine growers in Notre Dame de Bellecombe (around August 15th) will make you discover the amazing wines of Savoy and local crafts.
And for your taste buds, don't forget to visit the cheese factory in Beaufort or the cooperative in Flumet.
The apartment is entirely new with high quality fittings (mountain furniture, woodwork). It is located on the 1st floor with a balcony overlooking the outside.
The apartment is composed of 3 rooms including a "master suite" with a bathroom (shower and sink) and a second real bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washing machine, a towel dryer and a hair dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (ceramic hob (4 burners), dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, food processor, scales, self-cooker, raclette machine, fondue set...),
1 Hi fi MP3 system, LCD TV, 1 DVX DVD player, 1 fixed telephone, board games (trivial pursuit, Monopoly world, tarot, Yatzee, mikado, Uno...) and books complete the equipment of the living room.
The sofa bed is new, easy to open and equipped with a real mattress.
Sheets and duvet covers for all beds are included in the rent.
For the little ones: cot and booster seat (extra mattress and sheets not provided).
