The property
The chalet is located in a rural setting at an altitude of 1,250 meters, with a beautiful view of Mont-Blanc and the village of Megève. L'irrawaddy is a charming 110 M² apartment in an old farmhouse.

The terrace faces south, with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc and Mont Joly mountain ranges.
The apartment is quietly located less than 1 km from the ski slopes, 2 km from the Jaillet gondola lift and 2.5 km from the village.
Facilities available: DVD & CD player, toaster, pressure cooker, blender, espresso machine, kettle, fridge, hob, extractor fan, comforters and pillows, ironing board and iron, clothesline, hairdryer, towel dryer, shoe dryer, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture, 2 sledges, board games, books, etc ...
Small pets allowed at no extra charge.
L'Irrawaddy is a non-smoking rental, but FRIENDS SMOKERS, you have a beautiful terrace, so take advantage of it to get a breath of fresh air!
Renewable energy heating.
The fireplace is out of order for safety reasons.
The 3rd bedroom opens onto a mezzanine with a pull-out bed that converts into 2 single beds or a double bed.
The apartment has 2 separate WCs (upstairs and downstairs), ski and bike storage and private parking 50 meters away.
For your peace of mind and safety, please bring chains in case of snowfall in winter.
A deposit cheque will be requested on arrival. On departure, if no damage has been noted, the cheque will be torn up within 7 days after we have informed you by telephone that everything is in order.
Charges and tourist tax are included in the price.
For your information, a guest room for 2 people is located below the chalet (available on request, independently of the Irrawaddy rental).
Megève is 35 km from Chamonix, 60 km from Annecy and 70 km from Geneva.
FOR SKIERS: Access to and from the downhill ski slopes is direct from the chalet for those with a third-star ski level. Rochebrune and Mont d'Arbois are served free of charge by ski bus from the Jaillet gondola. The beginners' field for pioupious, oursons, flocons is at the foot of the Jaillet gondola.
FOR HIKERS: Beautiful hiking trails are accessible from the chalet in both summer and winter. For mountain lake lovers, Lac Blanc (Chamonix), Lac Jovet (Contamines Montjoie), Lac de Pormenaz (Sallanches) and Lac d'Anterne (Sallanches) are all within easy reach.
SUMMER ACTIVITIES IN MEGEVE: 4S sledging, skating rink, downhill cycling, swimming pool, SPA, tennis court, breadball, casino, golf, indoor and outdoor climbing wall, village entertainment and concerts.
