The property
Large chalet on 2 floors. 2 terraces (NE and south) and 2 balconies (east) with a breathtaking view of the Vercors mountains. Well-equipped chalet with all comforts and a fireplace. Large private garden (1000m²) with garden furniture. Sleeps 14 in 6 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom and the other one a walk-through bedroom.
Very good location in a peaceful area at the foot of the Gerbier mountain range and the snowshoeing trails, 5 minutes by car from the village centre and the ski bus departure. Possibility of sledging in front of the chalet.
The tourist tax (1 euro per person per night) is included in the rental price.
Linen not provided. Housekeeping extra at 110 €.
