A 7km drive from Saint-Nicolas la Chapelle, you arrive in Chaussisse:
In summer, direct access by car to the chalet
Alpine chalet at an altitude of 1450m with a view of the MONT-BLANC, 10 hectares of land.
At the foot of many hiking trails: Paravis, Croix-Cartier, Maison du Curé, Mont-Charvin etc....
GARDEN LEVEL :
LIVING ROOM : with monastery table, chairs and benches, 2 china cabinets, Hi-Fi system
LIVING ROOM : with beautiful fireplace (wood provided), 3 rustic sofas, coffee table. Living room + dining room = 50m².
BATHROOM : bathtub, shower, hot water, built-in basin, towel dryer, toilet.
KITCHEN : rustic with old stove, electric oven, microwave, cooktop, sink, fridge + freezer, bread maker, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, table + benches.
Equipped cellar next to the kitchen, washing machine.
INDEPENDENT BEDROOM : 1 bed 140x 190 small table, 1 bed 90x190, wardrobe, wood stove.
