A 4-star owner-occupied apartment. Located in the center of the resort, right on the slopes (ski-in/ski-out), 5 minutes from all shops, the swimming pool, and the ice rink, with parking, the apartment offers every comfort (fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, TV, boot dryer, ski lockers, etc.) and is currently undergoing renovations to the living areas and master bedroom to feature old wood throughout. The apartment occupies the entire floor. It offers a magnificent south-facing view through large picture windows that open onto a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. The interior décor features a mountain-style ambiance with wood paneling and a wood-burning stove in the living room. The apartment consists of a living/dining room of approximately 37 m² and 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom that sleeps 6 (3 sets of 2 bunk beds). There are three bathrooms and two separate toilets. Plenty of closets and storage space.
The apartment is laid out with one bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet at one end, and three bedrooms at the other end, each with its own bathroom and separate toilet. The living/dining room is in the middle, along with the children’s dormitory that sleeps 6 and a bathroom. This layout is ideal for a vacation with multiple families.
