Beautiful 25 seater chalet (300m2) located near the Vanoise National Park, 5 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful sites of Savoie (St Benoit waterfall) and forts Esseillon.
Detached chalet 10 bedrooms + sleeping area.
Located south on the top of the village with a splendid view of the forts of Esseillon and the mountains: a large south facing terrace with unobstructed view allows you to have lunch outside in the sun. A large living-dining room-kitchen (70 m2 approx.) With a fireplace, a pool table and floor to ceiling windows opening onto a clear view of the mountains.
Large private lot and fields, trails directly from the cottage.
1 bathroom (with spa bath and shower).

The station of La Norma is nearby (5 km) daycare, club teens, village-station Aussois, authentic Savoyard village is also nearby (6km).
Village located in the Vanoise National Park: protected area ideal for hiking and discovering nature and wild animals (chamois, ibex, marmots). All mountain activities proposed nearby: via ferrata (possible directly on foot from the chalet), climbing, canyoning, rafting, mountaineering, glaciers, giant zip lines, tree climbing, horse riding, cani-rando, mountain biking, downhill mountain bike with chairlift, daycare for small children. Hiking, museum, heritage outing with visit to the forts Esseillon or archaeological park Lozes (rock carvings 300m), visit by car with the great passes of the Alps (Iseran, Galibier), near Italy (for a day ice cream, pizza in Suze or Torino), heated pool in Aussois and Modane. Local quality products (Beaufort cheese, goat cheese, homemade sausage). A sporting week, idleness or visits but at least an interesting and exotic vacation ...
In winter :
The chalet is located 5 km (5 ') from the ski resort of Norma (free shuttle to the resort with a ski pass 6 days).
6km from the slopes of Aussois resort (1500 m - 2750 m)
15km from Orelle-Val Thorens station (+ big ski area of the world, the 3 valleys)
By leaving his equipment in a shop with a set-point at the foot of the track at La Norma or Aussois, the trip to the chalet is easy.
