Located in the Les Chalets de SuperD residence, 100 m from the slopes and the base area, this 31 m² apartment is on the first floor (with elevator) of the La Gentiane building. It is right in the heart of the Superdévoluy resort, a family-friendly ski resort in the Hautes-Alpes with the “Famille Plus” certification.
The Accommodation
In both summer and winter, the resort offers numerous activities for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts. In addition to its ski area spanning over 100 km, connecting the SuperDévoluy and Joue du Loup ski areas, the Dévoluy massif is renowned for its hiking trails and rock-climbing sites.
On-site, you’ll find a 3,000 m² indoor sports center (climbing wall, squash, table tennis, fitness, yoga, sauna…), a tree-top adventure course, mini-golf, water games, sports fields (basketball, tennis, street soccer), a skate park, an inline skating track, and a mountain bike downhill trail. Nearby, there are numerous walking and hiking trails, an equestrian center, via ferrata, via souterata, and rafting…
Four-season toboggan run, pump track, and paddle tennis courts.
Close to all amenities: supermarkets, bars and restaurants, laundromat, shopping mall, equipment rentals, ski school, movie theater, bowling alley, and nightclub.
You won’t need your car: you can use the nearby free parking lots and get around on foot.
Shuttle to La Joue du Loup stops right at the building’s entrance.
The Property:
This is our second home, where we love to spend time.
We’ve fully refurnished it with brand-new furnishings and carefully renovated it from floor to ceiling. You’ll find it in impeccable condition, and we ask that you treat it with the utmost care.
Our apartment offers every comfort for your stay:
- a bright and cozy open-concept living room with a 140x190 Rapido sofa bed (with a real mattress), TV, large closet, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, AirFryer, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue set, and a Dyson stick vacuum.
- A separate bedroom with a 140x190 bed, closet, and smart TV
- A loft area with two 80x190 bunk beds
- Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet
- 5 m² south-facing balcony with outdoor furniture
- Ski storage room with a private locker in the basement (accessible by elevator)
Duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided.
This apartment is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
