The property
My apartment is on the third and top floor of a small building located near the village, with direct access to the ski lifts via the slopes (both ways). The living areas face south and get plenty of sunlight all day, every day of the year. It is accessible by elevator from the garage level.
It consists of:
A living area featuring:
- A modern, well-equipped kitchen with an oven, glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher; it opens onto the living room.
- A large, comfortable living room that seats 8 people with high ceilings.
- A dining area also designed to seat 8 people.
- An open/closed fireplace (fully opening insert) that adds warmth to the room.
- A terrace accessible through a large floor-to-ceiling window, furnished with a table and chairs.
A sleeping area and bathroom facilities comprising:
- A master bedroom with a 160-cm double bed and an adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower and sink).
- A bedroom with two 90-cm beds.
- A bathroom with a bathtub.
- A bedroom with two 80-cm beds on a closed-off mezzanine.
An entryway separating the two living areas (plenty of storage closets are available in the kitchen, entryway, and bedrooms).
A private, enclosed garage.
A private ski and boot storage area.
