Located on the 4th floor of a 4-star ski-in/ski-out resort, this 39 m² apartment features a bedroom with a 140-cm bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living/dining room with a kitchenette, a sofa/pull-out bed and a TV, and a south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the mountains. On the mezzanine, you’ll find two 90-beds and a shower room with a toilet. A ski locker is available on the ground floor. Free parking is available right outside the residence. Direct access to the ski slopes and the ESF children’s ski school.
Non-smoking apartment; pets not allowed
The rental includes the provision of sheets and duvet covers, luggage storage, access to the pool and gym, as well as access to the residence’s paid services (wellness area, bath linens, covered parking, end-of-stay cleaning, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Tourist tax (2.80E per person over 18 years of age per day)
A security deposit of 250E will be required by the residence manager upon key pickup.
The rental period runs from Saturday at 4:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM; please check in at the reception desk of the “Hauts de Valmeinier” residence.
The apartment is close to all shops, the ESF (French Ski School), the children’s activity center/daycare, the tourist office, a mini-market, ski rental shops, restaurants, a doctor’s office, a bowling alley, a movie theater, and more. Valmeinier is the highest resort in the Maurienne region, connected to Valloire (Galibier/Thabor ski area), offering 150 km of slopes for mountain lovers (86 runs: 9 black, 31 red, 25 blue, 21 green, snow park). Snowshoe hikes, dog sledding, night skiing, and hiking.
The resort is accessible by train and bus from the SNCF train station and bus terminal in Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne, or by car from the A43 highway.
The ski areas of Les Sybelles, Les Karellis, Val Thorens, and Les 3 Vallées via Orelle are all within a 30-minute drive.
