Designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, Chalet Nivicare combines social spaces with quiet retreats, both indoors and outdoors, allowing everyone to enjoy the mountains at their own pace. The property is also a 5-minute walk from the resort center and its ski lift, which leads to Le Bettex and, from there, to the vast Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, giving you quick access to the ski slopes in winter.
Its spacious living area naturally forms the heart of the manor. Conversations come alive on the large sofa facing the fireplace, and meals linger around the dining table, set on a charming covered terrace.
The terraces and garden offer several spots to relax as the mood strikes—whether for lunch under the pergola, coffee in the sun, or an aperitif in the sheltered outdoor lounge. From June through September, you can enjoy a summer pool, discreetly situated out of sight. Whether it’s a game of ping-pong, some reading time on a lounge chair, or a family meal, everything invites you to make the most of the outdoors.
The chalet features numerous spaces dedicated to leisure. Its home theater promises wonderful evenings, while the foosball table and wine cellar provide plenty of opportunities to share special moments. What we love most is its ability to bring all generations together around simple activities, without ever having to leave the property.
The property’s seven bedrooms offer everyone their own private retreat, with several featuring a private balcony overlooking Mont Joly and the Miage domes. The separate apartment is a valuable asset for ensuring the privacy of a couple, grandparents, or friends who wish to have their own space, while still being part of chalet life.
Chalet Nivicare is much more than just a large vacation home. It’s a place where days are spent swimming, enjoying evenings by the fire, dining under the pergola, and sharing special moments—all in a setting that makes you want to return, season after season.
Wi-Fi, housekeeping, linens, and towels are included.
The property’s pool is open from June 15 to September 15. Pets are welcome (up to 2), under supervision. Any additional cleaning or damage may be covered by the security deposit.
