This apartment is ideal, with its terrace offering mountain views, right at the foot of the slopes and the chairlift in the Espace Diamant!
In the summer, enjoy the hiking trails and the lakes at Flumet and Praz-sur-Arly!
Village center: 3 km away (5 min. by car), 15 minutes from Megève.
Espace Diamant: 192 km of slopes, 81 ski lifts across 6 connected resort villages (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce).
The Accommodation
Located on the ground floor of a small apartment building, this 38 m² apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is laid out as follows:
Living area:
- Bright living room with a floor-to-ceiling window leading out to the terrace. Living area with a sofa and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchenette: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, raclette and fondue sets.
The dining table seats 6, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals with family or friends.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm)
- Sleeping area with bunk beds (2 beds measuring 90 x 190 cm) and a storage drawer
- Second sleeping area with a loft bed (1 bed measuring 90 x 190 cm) and a closet; a travel crib is available
- Bathroom with a bathtub
- Separate toilet

- Lockable ski locker in the residence’s basement
- Free public outdoor parking nearby

- Linens are not included.
- The guest is required to clean the unit at the end of the stay.
