Spacious, detached vacation rental with 2,000 m² of land, featuring a heated indoor pool, in the heart of the Pilat Regional Nature Park, at an elevation of 1,200 m.
This 160-square-meter cottage, opened in 2014, features on the ground floor: a large 35-square-meter living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer…) and living area (160-size sofa bed) with a wood-burning stove, a separate toilet, as well as a large bedroom with one 160-size bed and its own bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs: three bedrooms—two with two 90-size twin beds and one with two 90-size bunk beds and a desk—a bathroom, separate toilets, a washing machine, and a dryer.
Services offered: Free internet access. Rental of sheets and towels. Cleaning fee included.
A heated indoor pool (5x3m) with a counter-current swim feature and massage jets is available for your use (6m² changing room with 2 showers at the entrance).
A sauna, fitness, and game room featuring a pool table, PS3 game console, 140-cm screen, foosball table, mini ping-pong table, and fitness equipment (1 treadmill, 1 swim simulator, 1 stationary bike) inside the cottage can be rented as an optional add-on.
Outdoors: patio furniture and a flat yard measuring 25 m x 10 m, set on a 2,000 m² lot.
300 m from the village of Le Bessat, where you’ll find restaurants and shops (bakery, grocery store, etc.). Children’s playground 150m away; soccer field and pétanque court 950m away. Cross-country ski trails start 950m away; mountain biking and hiking trails begin 50m away. Nearby: Dévalkart, via ferrata, rock climbing, tree-top adventure course… 15 minutes from Saint-Étienne (via the highway). 1 hour from Lyon and Valence.
