The property
GRANGE NEUVE RESIDENCE: Stunning apartment in the new Grange Neuve residence. The residence is located near the Vieux Chêne ski lift, about 300 meters from the departure point of the Chavannes gondola, with direct ski-in/ski-out access from the residence. The resort center is about 400 meters from the residence, and restaurants and bars are about 100 meters away. The free shuttle bus stops right in front of the residence.
This new apartment is located on the 1st floor (with an elevator) and features a terrace offering a superb view of the mountains and the village. You’ll enjoy everything you need for a pleasant vacation, close to all amenities yet away from the noise. Ski-in/ski-out access.
THIS ACCOMMODATION INCLUDES:
80 m² of living space – sleeps 6:
- Entryway with a storage closet
- Separate restroom
- A spacious 39 m² living room equipped with a wood-burning stove (wood not provided), a sofa bed (140x200), and access to a very comfortable 32 m² balcony with views of the village and the slopes.
- A very well-equipped kitchen. A dining area for 6 people.
- A bathroom with a large shower and a sink
- An en-suite double bedroom: 2 box-spring-style beds (90 cm x 210 cm) placed side by side, and a shower room with a toilet and sink—French doors leading to the balcony
- A double bedroom with two 90 cm x 210 cm box-spring-style beds placed side by side—French windows leading to the balcony
Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV offering French channels.
- A communal sauna in the residence is available to guests.
