A 26-square-meter one-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of the "Les Chalets de Florence" residence in Valfréjus, featuring a balcony and a ski locker.
It can accommodate up to 5 people + 1 baby.
Baby equipment is also available free of charge (portable crib, high chair, potty, plastic kitchenware, toys)
In Valfréjus, a charming family-friendly resort in both summer and winter, we offer a lovely 26 m² luxury one-bedroom apartment with an 8 m² balcony featuring mountain views.
Located in a quiet part of the resort and close to the ski slopes (50 m from the Arrondaz gondola, accessible via stairs) and the center of the pedestrian resort.
Located on the 2nd floor of the residence and accessible by elevator, the apartment is well-equipped with modern or new appliances, as well as free access to private Wi-Fi. All in a modern and contemporary setting. From the balcony, with its view of the surrounding mountains, you can enjoy a table and chairs.
It includes:
- a living area with a new sofa bed (as of late July 2026) and a fully equipped kitchen (mini-oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, raclette machine...)
- a small bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed
- a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer
- a balcony with a view of the mountains
- separate toilet
- ski locker
- The sofa in the living room will be replaced this summer in July with a new sofa bed
Self-check-in via a key box.
Wi-Fi is included in the rate, along with a recent smart TV.
Highlights of the resort:
- Modane SNCF train station just a few kilometers away, with shuttles available to reach the resort.
- Electric vehicle charging station in the resort.
Rental services:
- End-of-stay cleaning available for an additional fee: €60
- Rental options managed by our concierge service: bed linens (single bed €14 - double bed €16) and towel kit €7/person
Pets: dogs only (no cats or other animals)
For pets, no sleeping on the sofa or beds out of respect for future guests.
