This magnificent, fully renovated 220 m² Savoyard chalet welcomes you to an authentic and cozy setting, ideal for vacations with family or friends.
It is located in a charming, typical, and very quiet Savoyard hamlet, just a 7-minute drive from the La Roche chairlift (parking available). The chalet offers quick access to the Paradiski ski area and its 425 km of slopes.
Designed to accommodate up to 15 people, it features 6 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The spacious, light-filled living area offers breathtaking views of the mountains.
You’ll enjoy a large living room, a TV area with a Smart TV, a foosball table, and a large, inviting table where you can share special moments after your days on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. A crib and a high chair are also provided.
The chalet also features fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a workspace, a washing machine, and a dryer. Outside, the balcony and terrace invite you to relax while gazing at the Alpine peaks.
An electric griddle is also available for your outdoor meals. For your comfort: end-of-stay cleaning included, linens, and additional baby gear available upon request, ski storage, locked garage, nearby parking, and an electric vehicle charging station.
Shops, restaurants, and services are just a 10-minute walk away in Aime-La-Plagne or in Plagne Center, in the heart of the resort.
Winter activities: skiing, bobsledding, sledding, dog-sledding, paragliding, zip-lining, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling.
Summer activities: hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, kayaking, dog-sledding, and the many activities offered at the Aime recreation center.
Please note: Noisy parties and evening gatherings are not permitted to preserve the peace and quiet of the hamlet. The chalet is spread over three levels and is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
