The residence is surrounded by greenery, making it a true haven in the heart of THE PLACE TO BE—namely, the Petit Port on “the Riviera of the Alps.”
Everything is right nearby: a marina, boat rentals, a lakeside promenade, playgrounds, a relaxation area, entertainment, and a wide variety of events (Musilac from July 9–12, 2026, the boat show in April, fireworks, the “Lac en Fête” celebration on July 26, 2026, and the carnival in April), the downtown-to-lake greenway, restaurants, a bike path, mini-golf, the municipal beach, and the aquatic center...
