The property
We are the happy new owners of this charming chalet, which we are delighted to make available to you to spend some wonderful snowy moments in the "Flocons du Soleil" residence, with its Family Plus label, close to the heart of the resort (300m from the slopes) and just a stone's throw from the shops.
Our chalet is located in a Hautes Alpes ski resort, between 1460&2500m, with 100km of pistes and a cross-country ski area.
Accommodation
Ground floor - Living room, kitchen and dining room (20m²) + bathroom:
The lounge area with a new, very comfortable sofa will enable you to spend pleasant evenings. You have access to TV, internet - WIFI, board games...
Sofa bed for 2 people.
The chalet has a fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso, induction hob, large fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, raclette, fondue and crêpe appliances, etc.).
A bathroom with bath (hairdryer available) and separate toilet are also on this level.
Second floor:
Sleeping accommodation (new 2024 bedding for double beds).
Large bedroom 1: contains a double bed (160cm) and a single bed (80cm) (15m2). This room has a balcony with a magnificent mountain view.
Bedroom 2: a room with a 140cm bed (10m2).
Possibility of adding an 80 single bed in either room and/or baby cot.
Outside - Garden and terrace area:
From the living room, you'll have access to a pleasant wooden terrace equipped with a table and benches. You can enjoy a hot drink while looking out over the magnificent mountain views.
The ski room (2 m2) is also available for storing your equipment. A large toboggan is available for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
For mountain lovers in summer, there's a pleasant outdoor area with mountain views, deckchairs and a wooden table on the terrace.
The chalet has a parking space close to the front door for one vehicle. For additional vehicles, it's possible to park in the guest parking area 10m away.
Other remarks
You can use the residence's swimming pool (unlimited use) and sauna, located near the chalet (sauna by prior arrangement). The swimming pool is open all year round, except for the period between the end of the All Saints' vacation and the opening of the resort for the winter season in mid-December. Opening times are posted in the residence.
The accommodation does not accept pets.
For everyone's well-being, smoking is not allowed inside.
If you don't want to bother with sheets and towels, you can rent them from our concierge service. The same applies to housekeeping. These charges are extra.
La Joue du Loup is a third-generation resort. With less massive buildings and a boutique square that gives the ski resort a village feel.
You'll find more chalets and half-chalets.
The resort's plus points: medical center, pharmacy, O'Dycéa spa and balneotherapy area.
