We live in Lyon and fell in love with Montgenèvre 7 years ago. This resort, located between France and Italy, is the 5th largest ski area in France. It's La Dolce Vita in the mountains!
Since this year, we've been delighted to rent out our chalet, built in 2025, during the winter and summer seasons. When you arrive, we'll be delighted to welcome you and share our best addresses to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Just a 4-minute walk from the ski school, snow front, grocery store and village center, this superb new 205m² chalet combines alpine charm with top-of-the-range amenities. Located right in the heart of the village, in the historic Chalet district, it's the perfect place to make the most of your stay, summer or winter.
The chalet's privileged location means you can park your car in one of the 3 private parking spaces (with electric charging station), then do everything on foot.
Nestled in the heart of the Alps, Montgenèvre is an authentic family resort, renowned for its sunshine and its ski area linked to Italy. Between skiing in winter and hiking in summer, it's the ideal destination for a family vacation with a change of scenery, nature and sport.

The chalet has 5 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1(ground floor): double bed 160×200, private shower, view of the Écrins.
- Bedroom 2 (ground floor): double bed 160×200, private shower, view of the Écrins.
- Bedroom 3 (1st floor): master suite with double bed 160×200, walk-in shower and large bathtub (mountain view).
- Bedroom 4 (2nd floor): 4 single beds 90×190 with private balcony, 2 of which can be combined to form a double bed (Ecrins view) and 2 children's beds under the slopes.
- Bedroom 5 (2nd floor): dormitory with 5 single beds 90×190 (including 1 bunk bed). A large bathroom is shared by the 2nd floor.
