The property
We’re offering our “L’écume des neiges” apartment for your mountain vacation. This four-room apartment, renovated in 2025, has 4 rooms and sleeps 9–10 people, with a total area of approximately 76 m².
Located at 2,050 meters in the heart of the Paradiski ski area, in the Belle Plagne resort (Résidence Le Chalet du Vallon), you’ll be right at the base of the slopes (50 meters away) and just a 3-minute walk from the center of Belle Plagne via easy access through the resort’s walkways.
The apartment, which isn’t overlooked, features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), 3 toilets (including 1 separate one), and a combined living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The living room features a beautiful table that seats 10 guests. It also includes a very cozy sitting area with a sofa bed, TV, and fireplace, all opening onto a large west-facing balcony with views of the mountains and the sunset…
The first bedroom features a 160x200 double bed, a closet, and an en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, towel warmer), with a view of the mountains.
The second bedroom features a 140x200 double bed and an 80x190 pull-out bed, along with a closet and a bathroom (shower, toilet, towel warmer), offering mountain views.
The third bedroom is furnished with 4 80x190 beds (bunk beds) and plenty of storage space.
Each bedroom includes comforters and pillows.
The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living room. It includes plenty of storage cabinets, a full set of dishes for 10 people, a dishwasher, a microwave, 4 electric induction cooktops, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a built-in conventional oven, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a raclette machine, a toaster, …
Finally, a foyer at the entrance to the apartment allows you to easily store all your belongings. There you’ll find a washing machine, a crib, a high chair, and everything you need for cleaning the apartment.
Ski locker in the residence’s entrance hall
You’ll have access to 2 free parking spaces in the Belle Plagne Haut covered parking garage. (Max. height: 2.2 m)
Check-in and key pickup are handled in partnership with an on-site concierge service to assist you during your stay.

Mandatory cleaning fee: 170€ (not included in the rental price)
