Spacious, fully-rented chalet, completely renovated in 2024, 50m from the Vercland gondola to Samoëns 1600 and Grand Massif access. Depending on snow conditions, ski-in ski-out.
The location is ideal, in a quiet area with very quick gondola access on foot, and the village center just a few minutes away by car.

This spacious chalet (+130 m2) is located in the peaceful hamlet of Vercland, with old farmhouses, chalets, two typical restaurants and magnificent mountain views. It provides immediate access to the gondola leading to the ski area and to the ski school meeting point.

- Bedroom 1: master suite with 1 queen-size double bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet)

- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 5: 1 double sofa bed (140x190)

Large, fully-equipped basement ski room: boot and glove dryer and warmer, ski rack, pole rack, benches for changing boots and storing all your ski equipment.
