Fully renovated 13 m2 studio flat in COTE BRUNE 3 residence with parking close to Jandry 3S and amenities.
Very comfortable with a 140x190 foldaway bed with 21 cm memory foam mattress.
Very well equipped and decorated. Wifi
Dishwasher, washing machine, 2-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, raclette machine, filter and espresso coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board, TV, table, window with roller shutter overlooking the slopes.
Shower room with window and glass shower screen, hair dryer. Towel and bath mat provided.
Ski locker.
Service provider on site for inventory of fixtures and handover of keys.
OPTIONAL
Possibility of renting linen from the service provider.
Cleaning is not included. A cleaning deposit of 40€ will be requested and returned on departure after verification. Possibility of our service provider doing the cleaning for you for €40.
Deposit 650 € for rental.

We have another renovated 30m2 apartment opposite this one, allowing families to come together in close proximity.
