South-facing wooden chalet, 90 m2, sleeps 6. WIFI.
5-minute walk from the PYRENEES 2000/FONT ROMEU ski resort, in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Nature Park.
All the advantages of a small family resort, located 3 km from Font-Romeu (shared ski area), close to Spain (Llivia and Puigcerda) and Andorra. Wooded environment, rich flora and fauna, privileged climate. Discover the local heritage, mountain sports, leisure and relaxation.
Completely renovated chalet with parking in front of the residence, close to the forest, including: "WIFI".
On the main level on one side of the chalet
-Entrance opening onto a living-dining room with fireplace
-Bathroom with shower and toilet
-Bedroom (3) with 90cm mezzanine bed + downstairs double bed.
On the other side of the chalet, all on the same level:
Large fully-equipped kitchen
Bedroom (1) with Queen-size bed (150cm.) and direct access to the garden from the south-facing terrace with breathtaking views of the Cambre d'Aze mountain range
-Bedroom (2) with double bed (140cm)
-Bathroom with shower and toilet
First floor: attic bedroom/ mezzanine (4) with large velux window. Sofa bed 140cm, TV corner.
On the other side of the chalet, upstairs a mezzanine bedroom (5) with velux window. Single bed 105cm.
Lawn garden, large terrace and barbecue.
Facilities: televisions in living room, bedroom 1, mezzanine and kitchen, stereo, 70cm fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, microwave/oven, toaster, italiène and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, electric fruit press, raclette maker, fondue set, croque monsieur maker, crepe maker, 2 electric planchas, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, electric bathroom radiators and in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen, washing machine/dryer, comforters and pillows for all beds. Board games available.
I always leave cleaning products available for tenants.
You don't need to bring your own linen: sheets, comforter covers, pillow covers, 1 bath towel per person and 2 bath mats, as well as 2 tea towels will be available at the chalet on arrival.
Because everything detailed is included in the rental price.
For the weeks of January 2025: entrances on January 11, 18, 25, February 1 and for the weeks of March 2025: entrances on March 8, 15, 22 and 29, BED LINEN AND TOILET NOT INCLUDED PLEASE BRING YOUR BED LINEN, TOILET AND TOWEL.
The chalet is within walking distance of everything. Restaurants, Children's playground, Bowling, Supermarket Casino, Bakery, Pharmacy etc.
Entries are always on Saturdays and for a minimum of 1 week. Unless otherwise requested.
Deposit 600€ required on arrival and returned on departure, plus 100€ for end-of-stay cleaning.
No smoking chalet.
