Nestled in the heart of the hamlet of Le Bez, an apartment in a beautiful old village house fully restored in 2019 with exposed wood and larch beams.
This charming accommodation of almost 110m2 spread over 3 levels, is very comfortable and bright. It can accommodate up to 8 people in total comfort.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms with wc, a fully-equipped laundry room (washing machine + dryer), a living room and a dining kitchen.
On the ground floor, an airlock/ski room lets you store your skis and dry your boots on a heated rack.
On the second floor are the bedrooms, shower rooms and laundry room.
The bedrooms are arranged as follows
- a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room + wc ;
- a second bedroom with twin beds;
- a large bedroom/dormitory with up to 5 bunk beds and en-suite shower room + wc;
- a third shower room with WC is also present on this floor.
On the second level are the living room (with wood-burning stove) and the kitchen/dining room.
The property is ideally located close to the village of Villeneuve - La Salle les Alpes.
In winter, the ski slopes are less than 100m from the house. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance (10 minutes), and there are several restaurants in the hamlet 2 minutes from the house.
In summer or between seasons, many walks and hikes start from the house, and for climbing enthusiasts, the Rocher du Bez is just a few minutes' walk away.
