The apartment is located in the residential area of La Perrière in the TOP OF THE VILLAGE of LA CLUSAZ, 200 m from the Bossonnet ski lifts, near the aquatic centre with its winter-summer swimming pool and next to the shops.
Everything is accessible on foot for a holiday without your car.
The rental is comfortable for 4 people with its 2 separate bedrooms. The 2 beds in the living room are more suitable for children.
Spacious apartment of 50 m2 with panoramic view on the mountains and the village:

** BEDROOM with double bed for 2 persons and a baby bed (on request and free of charge)
** LIVING ROOM with a dining area, TV and sofa bed (2 single beds), fireplace with a basket of wood provided.
** South-facing terrace with table and chairs for lunch, sunbathing and admiring the beautiful view of the mountains.
** KITCHENETTE equipped with a multifunction oven-microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric hotplates and all the kitchen equipment: pressure cooker, electric coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, raclette machine
** BATHROOM with large bathtub, washbasin, washing machine, bath mat, hair dryer.
** Separate WC
** entrance hall with wardrobes and shoe storage
All beds are equipped with disposable mattress protectors and changed weekly.
Gated parking in front of the residence and free shuttle bus stop
