Le Grand Capricia is a four-bedroom duplex for eight people, with three bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna and whirlpool.
It's right in the heart of the action, with a terrace and balcony overlooking the slopes, lifts, ski school and Champ Giguet, where numerous events take place all year round. All of La Clusaz's shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.
This apartment occupies the top two floors of a building it shares with Le Petit Capricia. On the first floor are the garage (for one or two small vehicles), the ski room and the gym.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table, and a comfortable sitting area with two sofas and a TV. A gas fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. French windows open onto the covered terrace on one side, and onto the balcony on the other, from where you can watch the dance of the ski lifts.
This floor includes a wellness area with sauna and whirlpool bath, as well as a double bedroom with private shower room and separate toilet.
Three bedrooms have been created under the roof. These are two double bedrooms, one of which has a private shower and washbasin, and a twin room with a desk. There's an additional shower room and separate toilet. Please note that ceiling space is limited on this floor.
One vehicle (or two small ones) can be parked in the covered garage, and two outside.
