The property
In a recently built, luxury MGM wooden chalet, an 85-square-meter duplex apartment on the 2nd and top floor (with an elevator), tastefully decorated in the Savoyard style, with a private balcony-terrace, south/ east, and breathtaking 180° views of the Beaufortain.
The Rosières gondola is a 2-minute walk from the residence, and you can ski right back to the building—shops, restaurants, and the ESF ski school are a 3-minute walk away.
Ski locker and secure covered parking.
A heated indoor pool is available in the residence, offering a magnificent view of the mountains.

3 bedrooms (sleeps 8–9)
- a first master bedroom (with one 160 double bed),
- a second large bedroom (master suite) with a choice of one large double bed (180) or two single beds (2x90), including an en-suite shower room with toilet,
- a third bedroom with sleeping accommodations for 4: 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds
+ a third extra bed (folding bed) available for a child under 12.
For a total of 8 adult beds + 1 bed for a child under 12.
A crib is available upon request.

Apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 adults, with a 9th sleeping spot available for a child (folding bed), without having to unfold the sofa.
Quiet residence in a rejuvenating setting. A 10-minute drive from the center of Les Saisies: Enjoy the benefits of a lively resort with nearby access to a large ski area (Espace Diamant with 192 km of trails), without the drawbacks of the town center (noise, traffic, and parking).
All amenities on-site (mini-market/delicatessen/bakery, ski pass office, 4 restaurants, ski rental shop, dry cleaner, ESF children’s ski school, wellness center & massages, etc.)
Friendly staff in the residence to assist with check-ins and check-outs. Bed linens and towels available for rent by reservation.
