Charming family chalet from the 60s, recently renovated with a huge south-facing terrace and magnificent views of the Briançonnais mountains, located 100 meters from the Chalmettes gondola and golf practice area.
The chalet's vintage, all-wood decor is a journey back in time, enhanced by all modern comforts: bathrooms, sanitary facilities and kitchen have been completely redone.
The chalet boasts 4 bedrooms for maximum comfort sleeping nine.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1 with a 160 cm double bed.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2 with a 160 cm double bed and balcony.
- Bedroom 3 with a 90 cm single bed and two 90 cm bunk beds.
- Bedroom 4 with two 80 cm bunk beds.
Desk areas and large closets with storage space and closets complete the colorful ambience of the bedrooms.
The modern, highly functional kitchen is equipped with all the classic appliances: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, food processor, kettle, coffee maker, etc...
Bathrooms with large walk-in showers, slate tiled floors and quality fixtures and fittings are inviting places to relax after skiing or hiking.

WINTER
At an altitude of 1860 meters, Montgenèvre enjoys exceptional natural snow cover.
The slopes are within walking distance, as are the village center and various après-ski activities.
