Semi-detached 4/6-person 56 m² T3 chalet with garden terrace in Saint-Lary Village, including 2 bedrooms and a shower room, close to the thermal baths (150m), the cable car (300m) with access to the Pla d'Adet ski area in 8 minutes, 150m from the town center and all amenities. Parking on the sidewalk in front of the chalet. Very quiet neighborhood. Ideally located, T3 semi-detached house with WIFI - sleeps 4/6, 56 m², comprising : Bedroom I (1 double bed 160), Bedroom II (2 single beds 90 close together) - Open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) - Dining room (small TV) - Separate living room (sofa bed 2 beds 140, large-screen TV) - Shower room (washing machine) - WC, with shed (ski room) and small garden + terrace (garden furniture) Miscellaneous: children welcome, pets allowed, no handicapped access, Keys, deposit checks and inventory carried out by agency in Saint Lary (200m from the house). Reservation terms: 50% deposit on signature of contract, 50% balance 4 weeks before rental period. Tourist tax is 1.4 euros per night per person over 18. Weekly rental only during winter season and summer school vacations. Week-end rental possible €135 per night (minimum 3 nights) during other periods, see updated calendar. Special rate for curists 3 weeks for 830 € excluding school vacations.
