63m2 apartment (+mansarde) located on the 2nd floor of a chalet comprising another rental apartment on the 1st and the owner's apartment on the ground floor. Shared entrance from garden level or underground garage. Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (dining area, lounge with TV and wood-burning stove) giving access to a sheltered roof terrace (with furniture, deckchairs). Master bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm) and private bathroom (shower/wc), 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds (80x190cm), bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.
Beds made up on arrival. Wifi Internet access. Balconies, large shared garden of 1000m2, always in bloom, equipped with swings. 1 parking space in shared garage. The chalet is 30m from the Combloux-Megève main road (rooms located in the part of the chalet opposite the road). Princesse cable car (Megève ski area 200m away). Megève town center 3km away (shops, restaurants, sports center, etc.).
Combloux and its biotope lake (swimming in summer) 2km away. Thermes de Saint-Gervais 7.5km, Chamonix 35 minutes by car.
As the chalet is close to the road linking Sallanches to Megève, particular attention was paid to soundproofing the apartment during renovation, for greater comfort.
Long-term winter rental (season or short season) possible.
