Apartment located in Montriond at 100 m from the ski bus for Avoriaz (10 mn) and Morzine (5 mn), 1km from the lake of Montriond.

Vast room of about 25 square meters in tiles, two French windows leading to the balcony and a window. A central island with electric oven and 3 gas plates plus one electric. You will find at your disposal:
1 extractor hood
1 dishwasher
1 sink with hot and cold water
1 fridge with small freezer compartment
1 microwave
1 toaster
1 coffee machine (Nespresso) and a simple one (paper filter).
1 electric kettle
1 wood pellet stove (1 bag of 15 kg per day provided)
1 table with extension with 10 wooden chairs
1 raclette machine
1 fondue pot with stove
kitchen utensils and pans
dishes, glasses, plates and cutlery for 10 to 12 people

1 bathtub usable as a shower (unsuitable for elderly people), a basin, a towel dryer and a washing machine.

located under the roof on the second floor of the chalet
Large room of about twenty square meters illuminated by 2 skylights and a small window containing a double bed 140x190 cm, 1 closet and closet
1 small bathroom with shower cabin, toilet and sink (to be shared with 2 other rooms : 4 and 5).
- Room 4:
same surface as the third room,
it is composed of 1 double bed 140x190 cm, a small sofa and an armchair 1 cupboard
