The property
You will appreciate the warm and atypical side of this triplex on the top floor with a superb panoramic view, especially on the Criou mountain, and without opposite.
First rays of sunshine in the living room and on the balcony, shade in the afternoon to avoid the big heat.
The apartment is brand new and nicely decorated in a very personal and colourful way.
You will feel at home right away, unlike a standard home. I wanted it this way because I live there and I like to be surrounded by objects that speak to me and create an atmosphere.
The entrance hall to cut off the noise and the cold, the living room with a bench and a comfortable sofa, and a surprise on the first floor: a large volume with a mezzanine where the children will have a space all to themselves.
Closed and independent room for the parents with a glass roof.
The ski-bus is 50m away, the cable car 400m.
For the après-ski, you just have to take the small pedestrian alley at the bottom of the building and you are in the centre of the village in 3 minutes for a very pleasant walk in one of the most beautiful villages of Haute-Savoie.
The Giffre valley and its extraordinary mountain area is yours. Enjoy it ! And come back to rest in an interior that has a real personality.
