The property
This magnificent apartment, entirely renovated for 2 to 4 people in a prestigious chalet style, ski-in/ski-out, located in the 5* residence Le Hameau du Glacier, offers rare and unique services in the village.
You'll enjoy free use of all the residence's facilities (fitness center, hammam, sauna, heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi), and have direct access to the Prince des Cimes residence's facilities, including the village's only heated indoor pool.
THE ACCOMMODATION
The south-facing living room boasts a comfortable 140cm sofa bed, TV with Netflix, home cinema amp with speakers, DVD player, and a steam fireplace with a bluffing effect that's odorless and safe for children.
The balcony and apartment overlook the mountains, the village ski lift, and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with combination microwave oven, small fridge/freezer, hob, coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster.
The bedroom has 2 beds 80x200 (convertible into a queen-size bed on request) and is equipped with a large-screen TV and DVD player.
It opens onto a corridor leading to a separate toilet and a bathroom with balneotherapy bath.
A glove dryer in the hall cupboard is ideal for drying your ski gloves and après-ski boots.
The apartment is equipped with a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, a steam broom, ironing equipment (iron and ironing board) and a safe for your valuables.
You'll also have free access to the residence's laundry facilities, equipped with washing machines and dryers.
Prestigious furnishings, including several genuine sheepskins, mean that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate our animal friends.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Services include bed linen, bath mats, bathrobes and slippers, dish towels. Beds are made up on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included (excluding kitchen).
A mid-stay cleaning will also be provided.

The Village has all amenities, and a large underground parking lot with direct access to the residence.
In the immediate vicinity, you'll find: ski schools, a day nursery and kids' club, a well-stocked mini-market with quality products and catering service, a bakery, ski and sportswear rental stores, a cash dispenser, a ski pass sales point, stores selling regional products and souvenirs, as well as several bars and restaurants.
The Village also boasts a DEEP NATURE SPA (extra charge), with indoor pool, steam room, frosted grotto, outdoor sauna chalet and Nordic baths.
The SPA offers massages and treatments.
The Village is linked to Arc 2000 by the free Le Cabriolet gondola, giving access to the doctor's surgery and bowling alley.

To get to Arc 1950, take the A43 to Albertville, then the 2x2 lanes to Moûtiers, and finally the N90 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
Arc 1950 is a 30-minute drive from Bourg Saint Maurice.
