Warm wooden chalet to rent, in La Joue du Loup, ideally located in a quiet area of the Hauts de la Lauzière***, 250m from the heart of the resort, the shops and the ski lifts.
Individual chalet of 62m² for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and panoramic view on the Dévoluy massif, ideal to relax and recharge with your family.
Ground floor:
- Pleasant entrance hall to leave your jackets, ski/Rando suits. 1 independent WC.
- Living room with view on the mountain, fireplace with insert, sofa bed (2 beds), flat screen TV.
- Open kitchen fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine), table and chairs.
- The terrace offers a superb view south-southwest on the Dévoluy massif for an exceptional sunshine in summer and winter.
On the first floor:
-Two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190.
-1 bathroom with bathtub.
At disposal 1 baby bed.
Outside : private ski locker adjoining the chalet.
In addition :
- You will enjoy free access to the heated indoor swimming pool reserved for the residence, with panoramic terrace and solarium. A sauna is available on reservation and at an additional cost (to be reserved at the reception).
- Towels, sheets and duvets are provided by us.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the weekly rental price.
- Free private outdoor parking
- Concierge service available at the reception of the residence
