The property
This 101 m² apartment is located in the heart of the Chinaillon resort and at the foot of the slopes, in the Pistes du Soleil residence.
Everything is done without a car, with direct access to the main street, with its restaurants and shops on one side and to the start of the ski slopes on the other (100 meters from the Floria and Chatelet chairlifts).
This apartment sleeps 8 to 10 people, in 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a separate sleeping area with a bunk bed. It has a 90 m2 south-facing terrace with a magnificent view of the ski slopes and the mountain.
The main living area of 30 m2 has a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area, with two bay windows overlooking the mountain. The spacious living room is equipped with modern and comfortable furniture, a TV with English channels, DVD player, CD player, as well as books and board games.
All four bedrooms have mountain views and two of the bedrooms have a private bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. There is also a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC, a laundry room with washbasin and WC and a separate sleeping area.
On the large terrace, tables and chairs allow you to eat outside, even in winter. Two ski lockers are at your disposal. Possibility of a private covered garage on request.
The apartment, soundproof and very quiet, has underfloor heating and convectors in each room. It is also equipped with an internet connection.
The complete supply of household linen, the personalized welcome, and the cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the rental price. A baby bed and a booster seat are at your disposal.
