I propose to you to rent this splendid studio of 18m2 entirely renovated and equipped for 4 people
It is located on the 1st floor of the Residence "Pendine 2" and is oriented towards a magnificent panoramic view of the Vallouise valley.
The apartment is composed of :
* an entrance with a mountain corner equipped with 2 bunk beds 70 cm. A storage column and a small chest allow you to optimize the storage of your clothes.
* A bathroom with shower, washbasin, cupboard under washbasin 2 doors and WC.
* A fully equipped kitchen area, open to the living room, with bar table, high chairs, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine + dolce gusto, raclette machine, fondue machine...
* a living room equipped with a BZ that can be transformed into a double bed (140 cm) + flat screen television
This living room has a lot of useful storage space to save space and make this apartment a real family cocoon: 3-drawer chest of drawers, wardrobe, cupboards in height, 2 bedside tables with metal wire lamps on each side of the BZ
* Wifi available for free
* panoramic view of the Vallouise valley.
* a locked ski locker is located on the -1 level of the residence and gives direct access to the main snow front, on the slopes, in front of the Bergerie chairlift, at the foot of the terraces, the ESF and ESI meeting point, the ski lift cash desks and the shops in 1600
* access to the main entrance of the residence on the valley side. The building is served by a lift.
* several free outdoor car parks are located in the immediate vicinity of the residence
* pets are accepted free of charge without extra charge
Disposable undersheets will be provided free of charge and must be placed on mattresses and pillows before the sheets
In parallel, you have the possibility of renting the bed linen and towels: ( to specify me at the time of the reservation)
kit sheets + 2 pillowcases big bed for 10 €
Kit sheets small bed + 1 pillowcase for 10 €
Toilet kit 1 bath sheet 1 towel 1 glove for 5€
The concierge will take care of the handing over of the keys on the day of your arrival as well as their return on the day of your departure as well as any problem arising during the stay ( small works, information...)
Rates : (in addition to this rate, the tourist tax will be added)
Opening of the resort - 18/12/21: 250 €.
18/12/21- 01/01/22: 390€
01/01/22 - 05/02/22 : 300€
05/02/22 - 05/03/22 : 500€
05/03/22 - closing station: 250€.
For any reservation, you will be asked for a deposit cheque of 300€ and a cleaning deposit cheque of 80€.
