In Pra-Loup 1600, 100 meters from the free shuttle bus and 600 meters from the resort, Chalet perch composed of a large living room with wood stove (wood available), corner sofa, flat screen TV, large table for 12 people with extensions and large windows with a panoramic view of the Ubaye valley, access to the terrace with large dining table for 10/12 people.
The open kitchen fully equipped with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, dolce gusto coffee maker, fridge/freezer) .
On the same floor:
1 double bedroom with a balcony, with 160cm bed with large wardrobes, a desk and a flat screen TV.
1 double bedroom with 160cm bed.
A bathroom with bath, stone basin and WC.
On the lower floor:
1 double bedroom with 160 cm bed.
1 large dormitory room with 6 beds (6 mattresses in 80 cm, or 6 individual beds or 2 beds in 160 and 4 beds in 80cm), flat screen TV.
Bathroom with Italian shower, double washbasin.
Separate toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine.
Ski/snowshoe/hiking room with storage space in the chalet with an outside access when returning from skiing.
2 private parking spaces on the chalet grounds.
Additional parking spaces in the street cleared of snow every day in winter.
