The property
Possibilities of renting on long and short stays, (ex. to 19/04/2021: 3 nights 208 €) consult us. Apartment without opposite, sanitary measures for the covid-19 applied. The 25% deposit required to validate the reservation will be cashed on arrival or returned in case of impediment. Apartment 80 m² 4 pers. 3*, independent entrance. Private open parking, on the roadside and delimited by plastic bollards + secure wifi with a correct flow which allows the practice of teleworking are included in the rental price.
On the border of the Basque Country and Bearn, the apartment consists of a living room with sofa and armchairs, coffee table, TV and DVD player + fully equipped American kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction and gas hobs, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric food processor, washing machine with dryer.

- 2 bathrooms - Italian showers. - Separate WC with hand wash basin. For fresh air: semi-covered terrace and huge garden of 5000 m², stream at the bottom of the garden. Garden furniture, + 4 deckchairs, and awning.
Electric heating not included in winter from 15 October to 30 April inclusive. During this period, the electricity will be invoiced to you at the time of your departure after the meter has been read at 0,16 € per kwh less 8 kwh per night of occupation (fixed price applied to tourist stays).
We accept holiday vouchers. The tourist tax is 0.80 € / night / person of 18 years and more. At the time of booking, it is possible to pay the 25% deposit by bank cheque. Provide a certificate of insurance covering the rental risks valid for the period booked. Our friends the animals are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
Deposit 300 € to be paid on arrival, together with the balance of the rent. This deposit will be returned to the tenant at his departure, after inventory of fixtures and fittings, and after deduction, if necessary, of the missing items or deteriorations noted. The cleaning costs are optional, however 70 € are requested on arrival and returned on departure when the cleaning is properly done. The tenant agrees to leave the apartment in a perfect state of cleanliness, the cleaning of the apartment being the responsibility of the tenants during their stay and before their departure.
