The property
Possibilities of renting on long and short stays, consult us. Apartment without opposite, sanitary measures for the covid-19 applied. The 25 % deposit required to validate the reservation will be cashed on your arrival or returned in case of prevention. Apartment 37 m² 2 persons 3*, independent entrance without opposite. Holiday vouchers accepted.
We charge different rates according to the season, as well as the price of the nights, minimum 3 according to availability.
July and August are rented from Saturday to Saturday, the other periods the day of arrival is free.
Heating not included in winter from October 15th to April 30th included, it will be invoiced to you at the time of your departure after reading of the meter at 0,16 the kwh deduction made of 8 kwh by night of occupation. The tourist tax is 0.80 € / night / person over 18 years. At the time of booking, it is possible to pay the 25% deposit by cheque or bank transfer (please provide proof of payment).
Between the Basque Country and Bearn, enjoy the countryside and the mountains. At 20 min from La Pierre St Martin and Issarbe. Recent and well maintained apartment, it consists of a living room with sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player + fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction and gas hobs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric food processor, washing machine dryer.
- 1 bedroom with a bed 160 x 200
- 1 shower room - Italian shower.
- Separate WC with hand wash basin
To get some fresh air: semi-covered terrace and huge garden at your disposal, bordered by a stream.
Garden furniture + 2 deck chairs.
Free and secured WIFI, correct speed, allows the practice of teleworking.
Bicycle shed: individual and secure closure with tap and external water jet for washing bikes.
Free open private parking.
Good idea: on reservation, we lend you sledges, snowshoes and sticks in winter.
The Barétous Valley and the surrounding area will allow you to walk, cycle, ride horses and mountain bikes. Municipal swimming pool, accrobranche, paragliding, canyoning, rafting, museum...a multitude of outdoor activities...And, you can also rest !
Our friends the animals are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
