Built on 3 levels, this beautiful independent chalet can accommodate 14 people (10 adults maximum). Its privileged location, 50 m from the first ski lift, will certainly seduce ski lovers, who can even watch the Transval pass over the garden!

The owners have recently built an outdoor pool area with a terrace overlooking the Etale massif. This area includes a swimming spa with counter-current swimming, and a 6-seater jacuzzi. The spa is accessible from the beginning of May to the end of October, and the jacuzzi all year round.

Fully renovated, this 6 bedroom chalet near La Clusaz has new furniture and original decoration, which will appeal to families. Holidaymakers of all ages will also love the home cinema and the large games room with pool table, air hockey and table tennis.

Located less than 3 km from the village of La Clusaz, the chalet is close to bars, restaurants, shops and the small supermarket of the resort which you can reach with the skibus, whose stop is 100 m from the chalet. On the Manigod side, you will find the mini-market, the bakery, the bars and the restaurants of the Col de Merdassier at 500 m from the property.

On entering Chalet Le Mousqueton, you will find the first two bedrooms: a double room with shower room and a room with two single beds, both of which open onto a small terrace. On the same level there is a large sauna with shower, a games room and a home cinema, as well as a laundry room and a boiler room with benches, shoe warmer and storage - an extremely useful space for storing and drying your gear! A door leads to the garage where there is a table tennis table and additional storage space for your belongings, including bikes or mountain bikes.

Going upstairs via the stairs, you reach the living area with a comfortable living room with sofas, armchairs and stools around the TV and the hanging stove. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and a central island ideal for breakfast or preparing an aperitif for your guests. As you dine around the dining table, you can even watch the Transval pass over the chalet, or contemplate the panoramic views from the Etale to Beauregard.

There is a separate shower room and two further bedrooms on this floor: a double room with en-suite facilities and a twin room. This area can be closed off for privacy or left open so that you can access the toilet in the shower room from the lounge.

The large bathroom on the second floor has a beautiful bathtub, a double basin and a huge shower. Finally, there is a double room with fantastic views of the Etale, and a dormitory with 4 single beds or 2 double beds, depending on the configuration required. Exceptionally, all the rooms have extra soft carpets, for even more comfort!

The huge outdoor terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun and share pleasant meals in summer, while in winter you can enjoy a good hot chocolate while admiring the starry sky. Young holidaymakers will love the little mazot set up outside - a real miniature chalet to play in!

THE REGION...

Right next to the Transval, 50m from the ski hire shops and the lift office where you can buy your ski passes, Chalet Le Mousqueton is an ideal choice for ski and snowboard lovers. The more experienced skiers can even go straight down to the Télémix, while the younger skiers can walk to their lessons, located less than 300m from the chalet.

You can reach La Clusaz either by the slopes or by taking the skibus from La Croix Fry, which is free with the Carte d'hôte or the Aravis pass. This pass will also give you unlimited access to 220 km of slopes in the resorts of Manigod and La Clusaz, as well as Grand Bornand. Enough to discover new slopes every day!

For unforgettable memories, ski until the evening in Manigod on the Croix Fry sector, which offers the largest offer of night skiing in the Pays de Savoie, and attend a torchlight descent in La Clusaz.

Cross-country skiers will also have a wide choice of routes to choose from, while non-skiers will have plenty to keep them busy between the beautiful aquatic area of La Clusaz, the sledging runs, the snowshoeing trails or the horse-drawn carriage rides.

With so many activities within easy reach of your chalet door, you can spend your whole stay here without getting bored for a second! But don't forget that there are some great places to visit in the area, such as Chamonix, which is easily accessible from the Aravis for a day trip.

In the summer, Chalet Le Mousqueton offers a wide range of outdoor activities for a sporty stay!
Many hikes await you up to the Col des Aravis, unless you prefer to take the ski lifts, with or without your mountain bike. Other activities nearby include horse riding, climbing, via ferrata or paragliding. In short, it's impossible to get bored in La Clusaz!

30 minutes away by car, the medieval city of Annecy is renowned for its beauty and the unique atmosphere of its Old Town, made up of canals, restaurants, pretty shops, galleries and museums. Not to mention the water activities of the purest lake in Europe.

After a busy day, you will return to the comfort of Chalet Le Mousqueton, to relax on the terrace or in the sauna before preparing your program for the next day.

ANIMALS: although we accept dogs, cats are not welcome in the chalet. SITUATION: the chalet is located between the main road between La Clusaz and the Aravis pass, and the road to Manigod. These roads can become very busy at certain times of the day. Please refer to our website (map and photos) for more information. IMPORTANT: The outdoor swimming spa is available from the beginning of May to the end of October. The outdoor jacuzzi is available all year round.
