Despite its proximity to the town centre, the property is surrounded by mountains and overlooks a field - ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside! Chalet de Rollon's location provides easy access to many activities, so it will appeal to skiers and non-skiers alike in winter... and to everyone in summer! Those who wish can even work in the comfort of the office area. Note: sheets, towels and cleaning included!
WHY IS CHALET DE ROLLON SO SPECIAL?
A bright chalet with a contemporary feel...
With a capacity of 9 people (8 adults maximum), the property has 4 double bedrooms, one of which gives access to a mezzanine bedroom with a single bed.
The first double bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king size bed, dressing room and shower room. Upstairs you will find 3 double bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom, one with access to a mezzanine under the eaves and a single bed suitable for a child - able to climb the stairs alone; the last bedroom can be arranged with a double bed or two single beds, as you wish. On the same level there is also a bathroom and a shower room, connected by a sliding door, a pleasant sitting area and an office area.
Downstairs, the large, light-filled living room has a large kitchen and a high table for meals, with direct access to the terrace. The cosy living room has a large sofa, a bench seat and a wood-burning stove. For the decoration, the owners have opted for natural materials (slate, wood, leather) and neutral tones, perfectly in tune with the mountain environment. In frames, the photos of Savoyard landscapes will make you want to go and discover the region!
In the garden, you will enjoy the heated spa and the beautiful terrace, where you can have an aperitif or meals while admiring the clear views.
Note: there is a large dressing/laundry room adjacent to the ground floor bedroom. This room also has a sink, but is not a bathroom. Important: a single mezzanine bedroom is accessible from the double bedroom at the top of the stairs on the left. The stairs are steep and the single room is located in the attic with a limited ceiling height. For this reason this room is only suitable for a child from the age of 6 or 7, or a teenager. This room brings the total capacity of the property to 9 and not 8 as stated on the website. Use of the Jacuzzi: Please refer to the instructions in the chalet guide for the proper and respectful use of the Jacuzzi. However, if additional maintenance and cleaning costs are charged due to non-compliance with the rules of use, the amount of the extra maintenance will be deducted from the deposit. ATTENTION: No parties allowed - the hot tub must not be used after 10pm (property in residential area)
