The property
Lovely, comfortable studio with separate alcove sleeping area, tastefully furnished and functional, located close to the shuttle stop.
Facilities include :
Living room with open-plan kitchenette and dining area on one side, sitting area with TV and comfortable Habitat sofa bed on the other (all with views of the outside), curtained alcove with 2 bunk beds and large dressing room. Closet in hall. Bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
This studio boasts plenty of storage space: closet-closet and large dressing room.
Equipment: large combined microwave oven, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, French-press coffee maker, electric kettle with programmable T°, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set, electric plancha, hairdryer, iron, clotheshorse, vacuum cleaner.
Large private parking lot for the residence.
Optional private basement parking.
Ski locker.
Lovely south-facing terrace with panoramic views of the mountain and slopes, overlooking the residence garden, perfect for playing in the snow!
In spring, summer and autumn, a lovely green space with a fully-equipped terrace and a breathtaking view of the mountain and its chalets.
Beds equipped with non-allergenic, anti-mite comforters and pillows (2 square + 2 rectangular). 1 bed 140 and 2 bunk beds 90.
Close to all amenities, 8-10 mn walk from the tourist office, shops and restaurants, and 2 mn by car.

Numerous activities are offered by the Tourist Office, particularly during the school vacations.
Parking lots and ski lift departures less than 1000m away. Easy access via the south road around the village.
Free shuttle bus (ski bus) stops at the entrance to the residence grounds.
