The property
Beautiful new family chalet (2020) of 135m² + storage room 25m². Chalet for up to 9 people, on the top of the village of Monêtier les bains. Large plot of land of 1100 m² directly overlooking the mountain, private parking and snow removal for 4 cars. Badminton court, boules court, picnic table. Very luminous with a breathtaking view on the glacier of Monêtier.
Exceptional environment, absolute calm in the immediate vicinity of the village (4 minutes on foot) : shops, ski slopes, cinema, Grands Bains...
Ideally designed to receive families, the chalet has :
- 1 living room with integrated kitchen opening onto the terrace. (Raclette machine, fondue machine, plancha)
