Le chalet est situé à 2000 m au dessus des stations des Arcs 1800 et de Vallandry. Il est adossé à la foret en bordure de piste en hiver et piste forestière en été.

Le chalet est un ancien chalet d'alpage appartenant à la famille depuis sa construction en 1820. il a été rénové entièrement par étapes à partir de 2010
The property
In the highest chalet of the resort, live a unique and exceptional moment, we will come to fetch you and accompany you skis to our family chalet. On three levels, a garden level, a living room under the roof, a kitchen, a mezzanine, the whole on 100 m2. 1 double room with bath, a double room, a dormitory with 4 beds, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Laurence is from the Savoy valley, Luc is from Flanders, she works in culture and he is a visual artist. With the children we love to be in our family chalet whenever we can. Imagine, the chalet has been in our family since it was built in 1820! It's the contact with nature that is extraordinary, 15 minutes walk from the resort of Les Arcs 1800, it's far enough without being totally isolated. Originally we only came to the chalet in the summer, because of my job I took great pleasure in imagining a warm and very personal chalet where it is very pleasant to be in summer as well as in winter. For us, the best thing is to come here with our skis on and our backpacks, it's an extraordinary feeling of freedom. Of course you have to be sporty, love the mountains, wide open spaces and be looking for something else, something unique. This is also without telling you the incredible view that we have on the whole Mont Blanc chain, a view that we never get tired of in summer and winter, where the sunsets with a glass in hand on the terrace are .... of perfect happiness. In summer we spend wonderful time between the great hikes in Vanoise, the national park is a good hour walk, the high mountain races to the Italian Mont Blanc or around the Mt Pourri, we do not practice mountain biking, but for those who like the chalet is on the tracks of the best spots of the Tarentaise. When mid-August arrives, it's time to pick blueberries, porcini mushrooms and chanterelles.... One of our great pleasures in winter is to be the first on the slopes before the resort even opens and to come back in the evening when everything is empty of skiers! The evenings around the Finnish stove, a good glass of white Savoy in hand, beautiful mountain stories, or great discussions on art lead us late into the silence of the mountain.
Between our children and art, it is the love of our life. Years of memories, sharing, and tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of our world.
It is also the idea of passing on the family history where the grandfather kept the cows and made beaufort cheese in the chalet before skiing existed in the valley.
A unique location above the resort of Les Arcs 1800, connected to the whole of Paradiski. Warm comfort in the authentic spirit of a mountain chalet. Lots of space and volume. A total connection with nature. An exceptional view of the Mont Blanc chain. The spot for 100% skiing in the winter, 100% mountain biking and hiking in the summer. The personalized accompaniment that we propose to make you discover our chalet. In winter, the table is set for your first evening and breakfast the next day, so you don't have to worry about logistics on the first day and can fully enjoy the moment of settling in to the chalet. On arrival the rooms are ready and towels are provided. The Finnish masonry heater is in charge and we come every 4 days so that its maintenance is not your concern.
You can also enjoy a BBQ on the terrace and a well equipped kitchen.
