The property
The resort is ideal for family holidays. Our family chalet is located at an altitude of 1200 metres, with a south-facing balcony, it can accommodate 6 people (more on request)! With a surface area of 140 m2, it has been completely renovated this spring.
Located in Prémanon, access to the walks directly from the chalet on the alpine ski area of Jouvencelles (the track of "Beauregard" passes behind the chalet at 80 meters).
The chalet is composed of :
-On the ground floor, 3 independent bedrooms with new bedding, memory foam mattresses (3 beds 160X200),
-Upstairs, a large living room of 40 m2, with 2 sofas, flat screen TV (TV Orange), wifi. Corner aperitif with coffee table poufs, sled seat ..., a dining area with a large table, 2 large windows with a superb view of the regional park of the High Jura, a large balcony 30 m2.
- a recent bathroom with a large shower, double washbasin, a towel warmer, underfloor heating,
a fully equipped kitchen, Mièle dishwasher, oven, LG American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, Téfal toaster, ceramic hob, multi-function food processor, blender, electric kettle, microwave oven, raclette oven, fondue machine, waffle maker, crepe maker, ....
- a laundry room with washing machine (15kg LG), dryer (Miele), central steam, ironing board...
- We have just changed all the windows, doors ... new electric heating last generation.
Outside, a wooden table and benches, deckchairs, a gas barbecue.
- For the children, many board games, darts, petanque, rackets with ball, molkky, ping pong table, Wii U...
