PLAGNE CENTRE (weekly rental) in the heart of the PARADISKI ski area (425 Km of slopes), EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION for this splendid and luxurious CHALET of 150 M2, classified as a 3 star furnished tourist accommodation, 4 crystals, 12 BEDROOMS, located in the only residential area grouping the chalets in the HEART OF THE STATION. The chalet is bathed in light and offers a magnificent view of the ski area thanks to its panoramic windows. SKI TO FOOT for experienced skiers or blue run at 100 meters.
LUXURIOUS CHALET entirely renovated. Standing assured by its exceptional location, the quality and nobility of the materials used as well as by its many well arranged living spaces.
1st FLOOR :
- You will be charmed by this vast living room of more than 40 M2 with American kitchen having all the modern comfort and a complete bottom of kitchen, a superb modern table being able to accomodate 12 people as well as a corner very convivial living room with television large screen (Internet and channel more).
- Adjacent to this room you will find an independent room dedicated to children (playroom and children's TV corner).
- On this level you will find a nice heated cloakroom where you can dry your ski clothes as well as your boots thanks to 2 electric boot and glove dryers.
- On this level you will also find a large PARENTAL BEDROOM with a large bay window with a view on the mountains. Possibility to put a baby bed (provided).
- You will also find a bathroom with a marble shower 80x120, a marble single washbasin unit and a toilet.
- You will find to finish an independent WC.
The ground floor is more dedicated to the night corner:
- 2 bedrooms with 140 cm articulated beds
- 1 room with 2 bunk beds in 90 cm
