Chalet apartment for 8 people with 4 rooms located in the heart of the village resort of La Plagne Montchavin with a south-facing terrace, 10 m from the ski slopes and 150 m from the aquatic center.

We own 3 chalet apartments in Montchavin and are also ski instructors in winter. We live in Montchavin all year round, so we're always available if you need us.

- for your peace of mind, you don't need to carry your apartment key with you during the day, you have a code box to put the key inside.

A superb terrace with a magnificent view
From the large south-facing terrace, you can admire the Bellecôte and Mont Pourri glaciers, the ski slopes in winter and the meadows and vegetable gardens in summer. The terrace is equipped with a wooden table and bench, plastic chairs, UV blinds, deckchairs... It's the perfect place to relax on a deckchair in a majestic setting.
SUMMER: this terrace is gated for your children's safety. Children can play like crazy on the games provided on the terrace (slide, playhouse), while adults enjoy an aperitif in the garden lounge.
WINTER: the terrace is cleared of snow, and we leave a snow-covered area where children can roll around in the snow and make snowmen.

ECO-RESPONSIBILITY: we care about protecting the environment, so it's only natural that we should develop our chalets according to eco-responsible principles (LED lights, eco-friendly wood care products or paint, low-consumption shoe dryers, etc.).

MONTCHAVIN STATION (1250m - 3250m)

Montchavin is an authentic village: chalets adorned in wood and stone, a working farm, a chapel, a semi-pedestrian village center... A warm, family atmosphere and magnificent panoramic views of the valley and Mont-Blanc.

WINTER: Montchavin is at the heart of Paradiski (425km of pistes), the huge ski area linking La Plagne (225km of pistes) to Les Arcs. Several types of ski pass are available. Perfect for all levels of skiing with family or friends. 2 free gondolas for pedestrians. Take the Vanoise express cable car, one of the biggest in Europe. There are snow cannons all the way down to Montchavin. 70% of the ski area is above 2000 m altitude.

WINTER RESORT ACTIVITIES: aquatic center (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, etc.), skating rink, skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing, handiskiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, funslope, boardercross, snowpark, snowshoeing, toboggan run, electric mountain bike, torchlit descent, cinema, small outdoor farm, bobsleigh run, museums, visit to the dairy cooperative, ice falls 15km away... and entertainment throughout the week.
