Classified as a 5-star tourist accommodation, the Chalet MOUNTAIN LODGE combines high-end amenities with spectacular panoramic views of the peaks and the Bearn valley. Ideal location: you are just a 75-meter walk from all shops and services, including the slopes, ski school, daycare, and restaurants.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Rentals are available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday, or for short stays of a minimum of 3 nights. We invite you to check the availability calendar (green dates are available , red dates are already booked ).
The chalet is a 100% non-smoking establishment, and pets are not allowed. Depending on your needs, three capacity configurations are offered: 6, 9, or 15 people maximum. A dedicated listing exists for each option. Please finalize your project with family or friends before making any option requests.
YOUR ACCOMMODATION
GROUND FLOOR STUDIO – 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM (4 PEOPLE COMFORT)
° Dedicated entrance with boot storage, wardrobe, and ski rack.
° Living area including an open kitchen, dining area, and bright living room with a sofa bed.
° Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, ceramic hob).
° First bedroom equipped with two bunk beds (90x200 cm).
° Second bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm).
° Bathroom complete with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer.
SERVICES & OPTIONS
For your comfort, the rental includes all bed linen (warm duvets, mattress protectors, sheets, and pillowcases), household and bath linen (one large bath towel per person, tablecloths, and kitchen towels), firewood for the fireplace, and an essential welcome kit.
PAYMENT TERMS
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance is due one month before arrival. A security deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the guests. A cleaning deposit check of €350 will be required and returned 15 days after departure if the accommodation is left clean. Otherwise, it will be cashed.
